Summer Must; Full Skirts

As the months get hotter clothing can get shorter but one of my favorite silhouettes for Summer is full midi skirts, they are classic and depending on the style can be worn dressed up or down.  I styled this gorgeous blue Marilyn Monroe-esqe one with a contrasting shoe, necklace and clutch.  The contracting colors brings this look together.  Read below for outfit details.
